Telephone Sales Consultant

Salary:  £15k + Commission


Now looking for a Telephone Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help to push business forward.


  • Make pro-active, enthusiastic and confident out-bound telephone calls to prospects as directed by the company
  • Provide an exceptional level of performance in making out-bound telephone calls in the main to prospects (retailers, brands, agencies, affiliates)
  • Maximise all new business opportunities by primarily cold calling prospects, utilising the company’s data base of prospects, past clients, affiliates
  • Receive any appropriate in-bound calls as directed by the company
  • Manage and action all contacts within the data base, ensuring that the accuracy of the data base is updated daily in an accurate and insightful manner at all times
  • On receipt of any in-bound enquiries, respond to all such enquiries within 30 minutes of receipt, processing said enquiry towards making a sale with support of the team
  • Obtain as much information ‘up-front’ as possible from out-bound and in-bound enquiries so that you can maximise each sales opportunity to drive maximum success outcome for each
  • Work as part of the team to ensure you achieve your sales performance targets each month and each financial year
  • Fulfil all associated telephone sales administration duties required by the company

Recruitment Researcher

We are now looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our team with the potential for career progression within the recruitment industry.  The main objective of this opportunity will be to source and select the most appropriate candidates for large clients within a specialist recruitment team.


This will be achieved by using telephone marketing, searching the internal database, utilising and searching the internet, networking and making direct approaches.  You will be interacting with potential and existing candidates and providing solutions for each client’s specific requirement, with an emphasis on quality.


Alongside this you will be researching new clients and companies, ensuring all details are captured on the database.  Throughout this research, you will pass on any potential business opportunities to the sales team and track the progress of each lead.   This is a busy and proactive role working in a team orientated environment where clients’ needs and customer service are paramount.

Recruitment Consultant – Temp Desk

Salary:  Competitive Salary + Bonus


Now looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our team, you will be working on temporary opportunities.  Your role will involve the sourcing of candidates, developing business opportunities with clients and marketing your assigned desk appropriately.  This opportunity will be all warm leads, using the existing in-house database, with occasional business development.


  • Build and establish close working relationships with both clients and candidates within the specified market; ensuring long lasting relationships are retained for repeat business
  • Generate leads by telephone, and face to face, to establish new contacts and understand their recruitment requirements
  • Compile accurate job specifications that reflect client needs and requirements
  • Collate feedback from clients/employers on the service provided by us
  • Co-ordinate interviews and preparing shortlisted candidates for the process
  • Manage offers to successful candidates effectively and provide feedback to those who are unsuccessful
  • Develop close working relationships within the team and support as necessary while developing industry knowledge
  • Update and maintain accurate information in to the database
