International Project Manager

About

Our client provides solutions to leading global brands to support in-store marketing campaigns within retail outlets across the specifically delivering Store Survey, Display Installation, POS and Maintenance services.

Job Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic International Project Manager to join a fast-growing company, you’ll be delivering services domestically and internationally in partnership with its leading global brand clients.

  • Liaise regularly with clients/or internal account management team, display manufacturer and regional installation partners throughout the UK and Europe
  • Oversee installation programs: roll outs and special one-offs within existing countries and new countries
  • Manage store surveys and maintenance activity
  • Manage Logistics; transport and warehousing
  • Assessment of works/brief; labour skills, on-site tasks, tools and materials
  • Creation of project briefing, production of install instructions, translation Resource Scheduling; resource allocation
  • Update programs; POS & product updates to existing displays
  • Coordinate transportation of displays from manufacturer to depots in UK or overseas
  • Oversee installation / Merchandising visits ensuring work is completed on time
  • Manage and control commercial budgets
  • Deal with queries from installers or overseas project management teams
  • Off and on-site training of installers or for overseas project management teams
  • Manage online reporting portal from project set up to post campaign reports
  • Inventory control; stock management at UK or overseas depots
  • Your specific areas of responsibility will be to help develop our Graphics Service Provision by recommending and implementing “Best Practice” and helping recruit “skilled resources” in both the UK and EMEIA Regions

Skills and Experience

  • Have experience of project management in the retail display industry
  • Good understanding of display fixtures and the POP marketplace
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and punctual
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team or individually
  • Be flexible to work at hours in line with different countries local time zones
  • Make decisions & problem solve, be able to react to rapidly changing scenarios
  • Have excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • The role could require occasional travel overseas
