Marketing Executive

Job Role

To provide efficient support to the Head of Marketing. Your role will encompass a variety of marketing tasks with the role being key to the success of the business.  It will be your aim to maximise profits through developing sales and marketing materials and strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.

You will work closely with the Marketing Admin Assistant and all members of the recruitment team to understand day to day business activities and needs.




Social Media

Creating and scheduling compelling content (utilising images, photography and video) for the social media platforms that elevates the brand and encourages audience engagement in line with the objectives of the business. Staying ahead of changes and new developments is crucial for the company to stay ahead of their game, and you will be expected to report back performance on a monthly basis. Utilising key calendar dates for each industry sector, the Digital Marketing Executive will plan engaging content from light to heavy weight campaigns so that the brand has an active social involvement within the markets in which the business, and in turn the businesses clients operate.


Copy writing

Adopting the brands tone of voice, the Digital Marketing Executive will be expected to write engaging job specifications and mailers to attract the best talent.



Using an in-house CMS system, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for updating content on the website, including posting current vacancies and writing blogs.



Working with the team, the Digital Marketing Executive be responsible for completing tasks as required in the run-up to, during and after events. This will also include planning and executing multichannel marketing activities that generate new CV drops and new client leads.



The Digital Marketing Executive will actively promote vacancies we are currently recruiting for within owned and non-owned media in order to attract the best talent to apply. This will include, but not limited to, advertising vacancies on job boards, linkedin groups and other social media platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will work directly with consultants to determine the best avenues for promotion.


Online Advertising

The Digital Marketing Executive will work with external websites to supply images for email marketing and online advertising. Also identify any other opportunities

Other duties as required by the marketing department and by the business.


Skills and Experience

Intensive training on our database will be key so an ability to learn quickly is essential.  A good level of understanding across all Microsoft packages along with a good command of written and spoken English are also essential to this role.

You will be working on of time-sensitive work, much of which requires great attention to detail and an ability to prioritise this work is a fundamental skill requirement.

Due to the nature of this busy role, you must be flexible and able to quickly switch from one thing to another.  You will be responsible for collating large quantities of correspondence and mailing this to the relevant clients and candidates.

You should be aware of data protection and the impact it may have. The following skills are essential to the role:

Work Hours

Job Role

We are now looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our team with the potential for career progression within the recruitment industry.  The main objective of this opportunity will be to source and select the most appropriate candidates for large clients within a specialist recruitment team.

This will be achieved by using telephone marketing, searching the internal database, utilising and searching the internet, networking and making direct approaches.  You will be interacting with potential and existing candidates and providing solutions for each client’s specific requirement, with an emphasis on quality.

Alongside this you will be researching new clients and companies, ensuring all details are captured on the database.  Throughout this research, you will pass on any potential business opportunities to the sales team and track the progress of each lead.   This is a busy and proactive role working in a team orientated environment where clients’ needs and customer service are paramount.

Senior Administrator

The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated professional who will work closely with the managing director in overseeing the effective development of the team and the business in a highly varied role.


Job Role

  • Support consultants, management, and the marketing team
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Answering phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
  • Meeting & Greeting visitors
  • General upkeep of the office
  • Maintain the in-house database
  • Carry out tasks for consultants, i.e. the updating of candidate records, and the uploading of files
  • Diary management when required
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate, timely and legible records
  • Attend and take part in regular employee reviews
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties when required
  • Ensure the smooth running of all office requirements such as IT and telephone system
  • Assist in HR management and the maintenance of employee records
  • Effectively deal with any relevant queries in an appropriate and timely manner
