Our client is a Creative Communications Agency, with over 20 years’ industry experience. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, they specialise in Live & Virtual Events, Campaign & Activation, Strategy & Insight, Design & Creative and Film Production.

They’re currently working with us on several roles, including an Account Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning agency and work with a variety of clients (including some large brands). There’s plenty of scope for development and flexible working too.

You should be comfortable supporting on larger projects and managing your own smaller scale projects.

Job Role

• Support the Account Management team on the delivery of large-scale projects
• Take and understand the brief from the client, reinterpreting their requirements to internal departments
• Assist with the delivery of content solutions including video, PPT and animation
• Ensure all paperwork is completed to the correct standard and support on site as necessary
• Take full responsibility for the project management of smaller projects, including taking the brief, budget control, reconciliation, content development and liaising with relevant parties
• Content development, taking part in creative meetings, sourcing and briefing external resources
• Support the Account Management team with quote preparation, budget control and reconciliation
• Built long lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring effective communication throughout each project
• Attend business development meetings, where required
• Prepare and present client proposals for smaller scale projects and assist with larger scale pitches
• Complete all H&S paperwork, undertaking necessary training as and when required
• Keep the CRM up to date with client and supplier contacts and notes

Skills and Experience

• Previous event production experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to take ownership and responsibility
• Flexible and able to work well in a team
• Computer literate
• Experience of working with internal comms/conference events and video production is preferable
• There may be significant amounts of UK travel at times, with occasional international travel too
