About

Over 18 years of experience in the Point of Sale industry, our client delivers creative solutions for international brands and retailers using their full in-house design and manufacturing services.

Now looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join their growing London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business, growing business within existing client accounts and increasing the company’s revenue in line with set financial targets.

Job Role

  • Sell store design solutions achieving a set sales target for the year
  • Sourcing and contacting leads, identifying new business opportunities and securing new clients
  • Partner with clients to support their store strategies and designs
  • Work collaboratively and remotely with other teams internationally across the company to find viable bespoke solutions for your clients
  • Working to fixed and potentially tight deadlines
  • Keeping in regular contact with your existing accounts through meetings, telephone and email
  • Attending trade events and networking
  • Keeping up to date with visual merchandising and industry trends
  • Visiting prospective and existing clients across London, the UK and when required internationally

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years B2B sales and account management experience with a consistent sales record
  • Strong client relationship management and development experience
  • Excellent commercial business acumen, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Native or fluent in spoken and written English, confident in communicating to clients both written and verbally to a professional business standard.Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, German)
  • Ideally have a good knowledge of retail, design or visual merchandising sector
  • Good knowledge of CRM
  • Able to work independently and as part of an international team
  • Proven ability to identify, develop and sell project opportunities
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft, IOS and Google office packages
  • Full clean drivers licence
