About

Our client is an established joinery manufacturing company who have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience, covering a wide range of disciplines across a varied market sectors. They offer cost effective solutions with high quality customer service and have established an excellent reputation after working with several blue-chip clients.

Due to continued growth the company are looking for a tenacious and experienced Account / Project Manager. The successful candidate will be able to maintain and maximise revenue across several accounts.

Job Role

  • Proactively manage relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth running of projects
  • Handle multiple accounts at the same time totalling a seven-figure value
  • Actively use commercial awareness to drive value growth
  • Fully understand client values, delivering an outstanding level of service
  • Drive and manage sales and gross margin growth with each client across all services
  • Maintain regular communication with clients on briefs and progression of projects
  • Ensure client expectations are always exceeded and within the dedicated timescale
  • Communicate and maintain good working relationships with the team and other departments
  • Identify business opportunities and cross sell the companies offering of services

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Confident growing and establishing accounts with client-facing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of joinery manufacturing and retail interiors
  • Superb communication skills, natural relationship builder and sales liaison
  • Strong management and joinery estimation experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Passionate, driven and proactive with the ability to react quickly to situations
  • Good commercial acumen with an understanding of business
