About

Our client is a Creative Communications Agency, with over 20 years’ industry experience. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, they specialise in Live & Virtual Events, Campaign & Activation, Strategy & Insight, Design & Creative and Film Production.

They’re currently working with us on a number of roles, including a Client Services Director.

Job Role

  • Drive and support the Account teams in delivering projects on brand, on schedule and to the highest standard
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction hits and exceeds business targets
  • Make sure project content has a clear focus on emotional engagement and a strong connection to the client’s strategic and business objectives
  • Build and develop long lasting relationships with existing and target clients, always seeking opportunities to develop relationships further
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Director in targeting and securing new clients
  • Encourage process improvement, to ensure the continued development of company procedures and operating systems
  • Ensure all work delivered to the highest standard, flagging up any inconsistencies/quality control, to the relevant team members
  • Mentor the Account Management team, to ensure ROI targets are met
  • Take ownership for hitting business development targets with the client portfolios
  • Attend relevant client functions / networking events with key clients
  • Support the Marketing Communication Manager and Client Relationship Director with new business campaigns
  • Lead new pitches and allocate relevant resources
  • Produce monthly reports for management meetings

Skills and Experience

  • Previous event production experience, ideally in an agency
  • Experience in line management and large budget event experience
  • Content development and video production experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An experienced networker and relationship builder
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility
  • High level of financial acumen, a strategic thinker and able to set goals
  • Experience using ROI methodology is key
  • A good decision maker with high level reporting skills
  • Leads by example, but able to work well in a team
  • Able to allocate resources efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Computer literate
