Our client is an award-winning Design agency specialising in maximising sales for Brands and Retailers through their in-store environment. With vast experience in creating fresh and new retail design ideas, including fixtures, POS and POP, and a strong focus on customer service, they make the impossible a possibility for clients.

Now looking for a Creative Development Designer to join the team.

Job Role

• This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a broad range of creative skills to deliver end-to-end projects for global brands in a variety of markets and countries, all based around the retail and display industry
• You should be comfortable solving complex strategic problems as they are conceptualising and 3D modelling products and interior environments
• You will be expected to design everything from manufacturing drawings and full 3D interior environments, to retail campaigns, communications and packaging
• Manage projects from the briefing all the way through to client delivery, whilst working closely with our in-house project and account management teams

Skills and Experience

• Full university degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or similar (B.A. Hons or B.Sc. Hons)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent with 3D modelling and visualisation software (preferably Solidworks or similar)
• Strong experience in 3D rendering software (Keyshot or Solidworks Visualise or similar)
• Full working knowledge of Adobe packages (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Be able to generate fast paced design solutions within a short period of time
• Experience running, managing and delivering medium-sized creative projects
• Taking an active role supporting large projects alongside the senior management team
• Articulating design concepts to clients and your colleagues
• Capability to manage your own workflow, whilst also being involved in the workflow of the overall creative department
• Forward thinking and a self-initiator
