Junior Account Manager

From visual merchandising to fit-out, to pop up exhibitions.Providing a high level of creativity, technical expertise and innovation, along with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of retail trends, they have positioned themselves as leaders in the field of experiential retail environments.

Now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their innovative and diverse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a market leading company.

Job Role

  • Manage the day to Day running of projects and maximise efficiency and profitability at all times
  • Ensure Order cover is sought and in place the earliest opportunity
  • Manage the equipment required to carry out each project while closely keeping an eye on current stock levels
  • Work closely with the Account Manager + Senior Account Manager to effectively manage the project
  • Manage the delivery of each project from cradle to grave, tender/pricing through to delivery and sign off along with other team members.
  • Liaise closely with the internal team on procurement of equipment and closely monitor existing stock levels and opportunities to use this stock
  • Liaise closely with the Technical dept. to make sure all drawings are up to date and as requested
  • Work closely with other team members and account directors to highlight any business opportunities or improvements
  • Make sure all projects are finalised and Invoiced in a timely manner
  • Ensure all company procedures and processes are followed at all times
  • Responsible along with the Account Managers/Account Director for P&L on each Project they work upon
  • You will be responsible for GDNI /AGED DEBT/ SFC entries and keeping this as up to date as possible and helping to make sure the GDNI/AGED DEBT figure is kept as low as possible
  • You will be jointly responsible for stock control and highlighting any high areas of stock or low levels that will require board approval to be manufactured.

Skills and Experience

  • Working in a Delivery Role / Admin Role previously with any Data input experience
  • GCSE A-C in Math’s/English
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge required (Especially Excel)
  • Sage Knowledge Desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of shop fitting would be Desirable

Benefits

There will be a salary of £27k on offer for the successful candidate.
