Our client is a marketing activation company, with over 50 years’ experience. They work with global Retailers, Brands and Agencies, to deliver their marketing communications in-store, online and through video.

They’re currently looking for a Mid / Senior Creative Designer to join their team. It’s a fantastic opportunity, to join a full-service agency and work across a diverse range of projects. There is scope for flexible working with this role.

Job Role

• You should showcase a high level of confidence in your creative and communicative skills
• You should have an excellent portfolio, to support your passion for creative, across all channels
• The role will be split between working on external client projects and developing the company’s in-house product department offering
• You will work across campaign activations and marketing activities, from conception to delivery
• Proficiency in Adobe CS is a must, tasks will include packaging design, product development, print and social marketing
• You will create assets across different touch points in the customer campaign marketing journey
• Confident in managing all stages of creative jobs, taking ownership for developing the brand
• Apply a strategic level of thinking to your creative, to maximise the potential of the client’s brand
• Able to present ideas both visually and verbally

Skills and Experience

• At least 4-6+ years of experience in an agency environment
• Experience in designing for a range of channels, including: in-store signage, social campaigns, digital and press ads
• Previous experience designing for the retail sector and FMCG would be beneficial
• Confident in managing all aspects of a creative job, from concept to delivery
• Exceptional Adobe CS skills
• A team player, but also able to work on your own initiative
• Be a strong leader and able to manage other team members (Senior role)
• Drawing skills and experience in motion graphics would be highly desirable
• Great attention to detail, completing all designs to the highest standard
• Comfortable presenting and interacting with clients
• Passionate about staying up to date with current trends
