Whether it’s POS, one-off or multiple in-store retail displays, exhibitions or packaging & print, they have vast experience in delivering projects from concept to completion.

They’re now looking for Project Director to join the team, in a client-facing role. You’ll be working with a key client, to deliver outstanding project success in a high-profile supermarket chain. Proven experience in supermarkets or Tobacco and Vape industry would be highly desirable.

Job Role

• Management and ownership of a retail fixture client project
• Planning and implementation of the project to the highest quality, deadline, brief and budget
• Build and nurture positive working relationship with all client personnel
• Collaborate with both internal teams and the external supply base
• Ensure the team has a full understanding of the client’s goals and key performance metrics, in order to exceed those goals throughout projects
• Oversee and review project critical paths, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded
• Report on project spend, cost analysis, invoicing, forecasting, meeting project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; cross checking supplier costs and initiating corrective actions
• Maintain and deliver superior customer service and operational excellence
• Identify opportunities to introduce initiatives to drive productivity and task efficiency
• Understand and articulate ROI for continual analysis
• Ensure management is kept up to date on the status of client projects at every stage
• Liaise with suppliers for costs, SLA’s, lead times, fabrication, construction methods and QC
• Client liaison on and off site for technical and production queries
• Production of O&M Manuals
• Completing and submitting all relevant Project H&S, Risk and Method Statements
• Management of installation schedules, and post-installation reporting

Skills and Experience

• Retail industry experience (ideally Supermarkets or the vape industry)
• Proven experience in delivering large scale retail fixture projects
• A background in Project / Account management
• Excellent stakeholder management & influence skills
• Budget management
• Solution orientated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
