Our client is an award-winning multichannel agency. They work with global brands to design and build exceptional retail stores, integrated multichannel campaigns, events and point of sale.

They’re currently looking to add a driven Project Executive to the dynamic team. You’ll support the senior members of key accounts, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, on time and in budget.

Job Role

• Support the sales team and business growth, through the development of shopper/retail insights across relevant markets
• Work on various design brief types, from briefing to review
• Ensure collaboration between the design and project teams
• Work closely with internal teams, prioritising tasks and workflow
• Keep relevant project documentation and client briefing material organised and up to date
• Financial admin – invoicing, weekly quote/order system updates and monthly reconciliation
• Assist the Projects Team with purchasing and sourcing requirements
• Share briefs / quote requests with suppliers and assist the Project Team with budget building
• Delivery and installation logistics management
• Raise supplier orders and maintain purchase orders
• Continually develop and improve working practices

Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a design agency or similar is preferable
• Excellent communication skills and a strong negotiator
• Proactive, with a high attention to detail
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Great ‘people skills’, with a professional manner
• Commercial awareness within retail, with a keen interest in design
• Good admin skills and proficient in MS Office
