Our client is a Creative Communications Agency, with over 20 years’ industry experience. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, they specialise in Live & Virtual Events, Campaign & Activation, Strategy & Insight, Design & Creative and Film Production.

They’re currently working with us on several roles, including a Project Manager. You’ll be working with key clients, across a variety of events. You must be comfortable dealing with large scale events/budgets and have strong operational event experience.

Job Role

• Work closely with the Account Management team or independently, to deliver client projects that meet the brief, budget and timescales
• Oversee and manage your own projects as required, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed to the company standards
• Get involved in inspiring emotional engagement and creativity, when required
• Work in agreement with the client account team, taking ownership of all budgets, agreed margin targets, reconciliation, invoicing and payment terms
• Assist with training new starters, ensuring all account teams are following the relevant policies and procedures
• Support with proposals and pitches, as necessary
• Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with supplier contacts and relevant notes
• Make sure all projects have the necessary H&S cover and that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are completed
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best service, quality and price is provided

Skills and Experience

• Extensive event production experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Experience of video production and graphics, would be an advantage
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work across multiple projects and clients
• Able to take ownership and responsibility
• Flexible and able to work well in a team
• Computer literate
