They’re looking for an experienced Engineer to join their growing EMEA team — someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, refining designs, and turning creative concepts into functional, manufacturable solutions.
Job Role
Develop and refine engineering designs for retail fixtures, display systems, and product layouts.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure engineering solutions meet both creative and practical requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards across all projects.
Lead and coordinate technical elements of retail rollouts, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Provide technical support for store systems, infrastructure, and installation.
Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations during planning and development.
Research and implement sustainable, energy-efficient materials and solutions.
Work to optimise designs for scalability and manufacturability across multiple locations.
Skills
Proven 2D and 3D engineering experience within retail, beauty, or branded environments
Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and PDM processes
Confident interpreting client briefs and translating them into clear engineering solutions
Excellent understanding of materials and mixed-media production processes
Experience managing complex technical projects from concept to completion
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision
