We’re trusted by brands, retailers & agencies to find the best Design, Project & Account Management talent. We’re a small but experienced bunch, with over 25 years’ experience. We cover the whole of the UK, as well as further afield.
We’re now looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join the team and head up our Exhibitions and Events desk. You must be adaptable and able to take the highs and lows of a sales job. Most importantly, you must have a great sense of humour.
Job Role
- Build and establish close working relationships with both clients and candidates; ensuring long lasting relationships are retained for repeat business
- Be nosey, understand the client and meet their recruitment needs, both face-to-face and via the telephone
- Compile accurate job specifications that reflect client needs and requirements
- Co-ordinate interviews and prepare shortlisted candidates for the process
- Manage offers to successful candidates effectively
- Be honest, provide constructive feedback to those who are unsuccessful
- Collate feedback from clients/employers on the service provided by us
- Update and maintain accurate information into the database
Skills and Experience
- Experience – Previously worked in a client focused, sales environment
- Customer-focused – Clients’ needs and customer service is a priority
