They’re seeking a Designer to take the lead on the technical side of projects – transforming creative concepts into precise, build-ready design packs and ensuring each space is delivered true to the original vision.

Job Role

• Lead technical design from site survey through to completion, ensuring design integrity through every stage
• Produce detailed technical drawings, space plans, and scope documents
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage design intent
• Work across a varied portfolio including retail, hospitality, wellbeing, and workspace projects
• Contribute to a small, experienced team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience delivering commercial interiors (retail, workspace, health or hospitality)
• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical drawing skills or similar packages
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes
• Knowledge of fit-out, construction, and building regulations if possible
• Degree in Product Design, Interior Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communicator – equally confident with clients, contractors, and creative teams
