Our client is a global retail design agency delivering end-to-end solutions across design, development, production, and deployment. Working with major international brands, they create retail experiences including exhibitions, shop-in-shops, and multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on combining strategy, creativity, and technical excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Deployment, you will manage multiple installation projects ranging from short-term to complex, multi-week rollouts across the UK and internationally.
You’ll lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Role:
Manage multiple installation projects from planning through to delivery
Lead stakeholder communication and client relationships
Oversee logistics, warehouse operations, and on-site execution
Prepare project documentation, schedules, and compliance reports
Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, adapting where needed
Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and retail site access
Support quality control and ensure adherence to processes
Mentor team members and share best practices
Strong project management experience delivering installation or rollout projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills
Leadership capability, including mentoring and supporting team development
Hands-on operational understanding of logistics, installations, or retail environments
Commercial awareness, including budget and supplier management
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risk and adapt quickly
Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Background in retail display, POS, or similar environments is beneficial
Willingness to travel (UK and occasionally internationally)
Flexible approach to working hours to meet project demands
Full UK driving licence preferred
