About

We’re looking for a new Project Manager to join our client’s creative retail activation agency. You’ll work on a variety of projects including retail fixtures, POS displays, window displays and promotional activations. Bringing brands to life, by creating unique experiences.

You’ll manage multiple projects at once, often with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. The workload is predominantly reactive, requiring frequent task-switching, a high volume of email communication, and the ability to respond quickly when issues arise. The role offers a high level of autonomy and accountability, with close collaboration across the wider fixtures team.

Job Role

• End-to-end project management from enquiry to delivery and close-out
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables and budgets
• Brief and manage the design team through concept development and costing
• Source, manage and maintain supplier relationships
• Manage quotes, estimates, purchase orders and project documentation
• Monitor production, resolve issues and coordinate logistics and warehousing
• Oversee installations, providing real-time problem solving on site
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, materials and fabrication processes
• Manage artwork approvals, print production, signage and replacement fixtures
• Coordinate prototyping, multi-store rollouts and brand refresh programmes
• Attend client briefings, write design briefs and conduct site or supplier visits
• Support internal team members and contribute positively to company culture

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Confident decision-maker with a solution-focused mindset
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and fabrication processes
• Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with project data
