With in-house design, production and manufacturing capabilities, they deliver creative, commercially focused merchandising solutions, predominantly within the cosmetics and beauty sectors, working across high-end luxury beauty brands through to mass-market retailers.

They’re currently looking to add a Junior Development Designer to the team. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded experts, giving you the opportunity to share knowledge, build on your experience and develop your expertise while helping to bring innovative retail and POS concepts to life.

Job Role





Work within the Technical / Development Design team, bringing innovative retail and POS concepts to life across a variety of projects



Support the design and development process from concept through to manufacture, assembly and installation

Produce accurate, detailed and revision-controlled manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks

Apply strong attention to detail and technical discipline, ensuring designs are safe, cost-effective and practical to manufacture

Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, contributing ideas and positively working towards the best design solutions



Communicate and present design solutions confidently and professionally to clients
