A leading independent creative agency specialising in Retail Design. They’re full of passion and creativity, consistently delivering outstanding retail design solutions and providing a full turnkey service from concept, through production, to implementation, for a diverse range of global and national clients.

They’re currently looking to strengthen their team with a 3D Creative Designer. You’ll need a strong portfolio of innovative and creative thinking. Paired with experience in retail and commercial design.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll explore, conceptualise and deliver outstanding creative solutions, for brand-led transformation and activation. This role would suit a Junior looking to take the next step, or a Middleweight keen to progress, into a Senior position.

Job Role



Run your own creative projects, delivering innovative and engaging concepts

Seek out opportunities to challenge briefs and push boundaries with creative execution

Ensure output to clients is consistently of a high standard

Attend client-facing meetings to take briefs, present creative and represent the company

Work closely with other departments to ensure successful delivery every time

Stay up to date with new trends, consumer behaviours and strategy

Share knowledge and experience with the more junior team members

Skills and Experience

Creative flair and excellent time management skills

Adaptable with sound commercial knowledge

Ambitious with a passion for creative storytelling and consumer insight

Manage your time and the creative process for success

Excellent technical skills in 3DSMax, VRay, Vectorworks and Adobe CS

Previous experience working within a larger integrated team and liaising with contractors/manufacturers

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques and construction technologies, used in retail design and build
