Our client is looking for a detail-driven Midweight Artworker with a strong passion for visual content and a sharp eye for precision. This role focuses on transforming creative briefs into high-quality, consumer-ready assets across print and digital, ensuring brand consistency at every stage.

Working within a fast-paced studio environment, you’ll produce high-volume artwork without compromising on quality, supporting the seamless rollout of Shopper POS, packaging, and digital content. You’ll play a key role in refining designs, adapting assets across formats, and maintaining strict adherence to studio processes, file management, and technical standards.

Please note: This is a 6 month contract role.

Job Role

• Produce high-resolution artwork for POS, packaging, digital and advertising outputs
• Adapt and roll out existing designs across multiple formats and configurations
• Create derivative designs in line with established creative direction
• Deliver work efficiently within tight deadlines and high-volume workflows
• Maintain accurate file management, naming conventions, and asset organisation
• Collaborate with senior team members and escalate design queries where needed
• Ensure all output meets brand, technical and quality standards

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in artwork production within an agency or in-house environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of print, digital, and packaging artwork
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident working at pace across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of file structuring, asset management, and workflow systems
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
