The Creative 3D Designer will play a key role in delivering imaginative and immersive environments across a variety of sectors, including retail, hospitality, and corporate spaces, as well as influencer seeding programs and brand activations.

The ideal candidate will be a conceptually strong designer, skilled in 3D visualisation and design communication and adept at managing creative projects from inception to implementation.

Job Role

• Develop original and compelling design concepts
• Stay informed of design trends and market developments
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using SketchUp and V-Ray
• Create visually engaging presentation documents using InDesign
• Draft detailed plans, elevations, and technical drawings in AutoCAD
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the design vision is carried through to final execution
• Contribute ideas to enhance value and innovation in client accounts
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed
• Lead and support creative presentations and project discussions
• Design within the constraints of project timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility
• Support the design process from initial concept through to technical development
• Attend internal reviews, client meetings, and supplier sessions

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or interior design
• Highly creative thinker with the ability to challenge norms and push boundaries
• Strong awareness of current industry trends and innovations
• Solid understanding of spatial and retail design
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and ideally V-Ray
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident in presenting ideas and engaging in collaborative discussions
• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a positive, adaptable attitude
