This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join their long-standing team.

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, with a blend of sales expertise and project management capability. Able to generate new revenue and oversee projects from inception to completion, with support from a dedicated in-house team.

Job Role

  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, through proactive prospecting, lead generation and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Attend client meetings and follow through with end-to-end project management
  • Coordinate with in-house teams to deliver projects from scoping and planning to completion
  • Handle all stages of project administration, including quotations and invoicing
  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Communicate project updates and risks clearly to clients
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for repeat or expanded business

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in both sales and project management, within the Large Format Print & Graphics industry
  • Strong sales drive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Solid project management skills and familiarity with effective delivery methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of quoting processes, print materials, and production techniques
  • Skilled in managing multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Confident in coordinating external partners, to ensure quality, timely and on-budget project completion
