They are now seeking a Head of Production Operations to lead their busy production, logistics and installation teams. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced production professional with a background in large format printing and a passion for operational excellence, quality, and sustainability.

Job Role:

• Oversee all aspects of large format production, logistics, and installation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Lead, motivate, and develop multi-skilled production teams across multiple shifts
• Manage production schedules, workflows, and resource planning to optimise efficiency and output
• Implement and maintain robust quality control and health & safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and promote sustainable practices
• Collaborate with Procurement to forecast and manage material requirements
• Support the introduction of new print technologies and production methods
• Ensure clear communication between production, logistics, account management, and project teams
• Provide operational insight and recommendations for capacity planning and business development

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a senior production or operations role within Large Format Print
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and finishing processes
• Expertise in production scheduling, workflow optimisation, and quality control
• Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire, coach, and unite diverse teams
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and sustainable production practices
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
