Our client, a well-established name in marketing and communications with over 60 years of expertise, is home to a close-knit team of creative, technical, and dedicated professionals. They are seeking a highly talented Creative Designer to join their growing Retail & Customer Experiences team.
This role requires an absolute expert in 3ds Max and V-Ray. Candidates must have up-to-date expertise and be actively working with these tools today. Remote work is available for the right candidate.
In this role, you’ll shape the look and feel of innovative retail environments and point-of-sale experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. From permanent displays to full store environments, you’ll take ideas from a blank page through to beautifully rendered concepts. Working collaboratively, you’ll produce compelling visuals, design decks, and blue-sky concepts that bring client visions to life.
Job Role
Develop creative concepts for POS, fixtures, and full retail environments
Create high-quality rendered design decks using 3DS MAX
Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative, brand-aligned ideas
Research trends, materials, and innovations to inspire forward-thinking concepts
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure designs meet client objectives
Support ideation stages with AI concept generation (desirable)
Skills
8+ years’ design experience, with at least 5 years in retail/POS environments
Highly proficient in 3DS MAX and VRAY
Experience with Cinema 4D or SolidWorks is advantageous (but not essential)
Strong creative vision and the ability to transform blank-page ideas into detailed concepts
Confident in leading projects, presenting to clients, and articulating creative thinking
A collaborative team player with an innovative mindset and excellent attention to detail
