Our client has grown from modest beginnings into a respected manufacturer and global supplier of retail displays, furniture and window installations. With a strong reputation built on quality, attention to detail and a proactive mindset, they continue to evolve to meet the changing demands of modern retail environments.
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a confident, self-motivated Account Manager to support and expand their client portfolio. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work with well-known brands, often within tight deadlines, collaborating cross-functionally on a daily basis.
This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week based in the office.
Job Role
Manage key accounts to drive sales growth and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Take detailed client briefs and fully understand project requirements
Oversee projects through structured tracking processes from concept to delivery
Work closely with Design and Sales Administration teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure client concepts are commercially viable and manufacturable
Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
Maintain awareness of products, competitors and market trends
Proven account management experience
Background in cosmetics or a similar retail-led sector advantageous
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organisational ability
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
