Established for over 30 years, our client offers in-store fixtures and promotions direct to the end users, as well as trade. Offering in-house design, production and manufacturing all under one roof.
They are now looking for an Account Manager, to join the Brand Care team. You will work support the Account Manager and Project Manager, working closely with a brand, within a major health and beauty store.
Job Role
Management of all Brand Care activity on behalf of the client
Continually deliver increased customer satisfaction and spares availability
Demonstrate added value to the client via knowledge, analysis and understanding of the account
Collaborate with the Account Manager to deliver a differentiated service and support channel that is aligns with the client’s requirements
Liaise with other teams – estimating, manufacturing, logistics and third parties – to ensure all agreed KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved
Produce all KPI / SLA and spares inventory reporting to match the client’s and departmental requirements
Prepare and submit monthly charges to client, and chase Purchase Order
Hold review meetings with clients (and third parties as required) to review in detail the KPI and inventory reports and agree focus for the next update
Oversee all jobs on Monday.com, including updating estimates, quotes and PO details prior to commencement of work
Proven experience in a client facing role
Excellent presentation skills and a confident communicator
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
Comfortable under pressure and working to ever changing deadlines
A team player
Detail orientated
Methodical and results driven
Able to interpret data into key points
Crisis management experience
Knowledge of Monday.com
