The Senior Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of production projects, leading day-to-day operations, procurement, and execution. Acting as a trusted partner to the client, this role ensures projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and profitably, while proactively solving operational challenges.
You’ll manage internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, maintain accountability for client spend, and focus on cost efficiencies and margin improvement. The role also involves close collaboration with a global network of business units to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across markets.
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week based in the office.
Job Role
- Oversee procurement, production, shipping, and billing in partnership with the Account Director
- Act as the primary production liaison between the client, internal teams, and suppliers
- Contribute to account planning, QBRs, and strategic client presentations
- Lead and support a small team of Project Managers, handling escalations as needed
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Manage supplier negotiations to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability
- Ensure accurate reporting, financial control, and contract compliance
- Own project timelines, proactively resolving delays or risks
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, service, and operational excellence
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on production and project management experience (agency, manufacturing, or client-side)
- Strong retail and POS manufacturing background
- Confident client-facing skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers on cost and timelines
- Solution-focused, proactive problem solver
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace; adaptable to tools like Monday.com and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
