They’re now looking to bring a Senior Project Manager into the mix. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has the experience to lead, mentor and manage projects with high-end clients in the Fragrance, Health & Beauty sectors.

You’ll be working with premium materials, collaborating with internal and external teams, and driving projects through from briefing to installation with care, control, and confidence.

Job Role

• Lead projects from pitch to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on-time and on-budget
• Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
• Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams
• Lead project onboarding using internal systems (e.g., Monday.com)
• Communicate timelines, milestones and responsibilities clearly across teams
• Build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers
• Champion creative solutions and problem-solving throughout
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to internal and client stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Lead and manage change as needed
• Ensure all work meets high quality and sustainability standards

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in Retail, POS, or Brand Activation
• Proven experience managing projects for luxury and lifestyle brands
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior project staff
• Deep understanding of the Point-of-Sale industry
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong budget and cost management abilities
• Comfortable using workflow and project tools – Monday.com knowledge a bonus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities with calm and confidence
• Passionate about sustainability and waste reduction
• Quality-focused, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
• A strong team player and positive leader, able to collaborate cross-functionally
