The Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships while delivering production projects from brief through to installation. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll build a strong understanding of the client’s business and sector drivers, providing value-added production solutions that support both performance and profitability.
You’ll oversee operations, procurement, production, and execution, maintaining accountability for client spend while continually driving cost efficiencies and margin improvement. The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality retail display projects across global airport environments, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are consistently met.
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week based in the office.
Job Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including procurement, production, shipping, and billing
- Act as the main link between the client, internal production teams, and external suppliers
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and increase profitability
- Own project timelines, proactively resolving risks, delays, or changes
- Gather and organise project requirements, guiding production teams to optimise bids and processes
- Manage vendor performance and production schedules to ensure consistent delivery
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met by both our client and its partners
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and general project administration
- Use internal procurement and project management systems to manage workflows
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on production or project management experience (agency, manufacturing, or client-side)
- Experience with print management and/or point-of-sale production
- Confident client-facing experience, including stakeholder management
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers on cost and timelines
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in fast-paced environments
