We are flexible Doncaster based Recruitment Agency. We work with leading brands, retailers, and agencies, to recruit talented individuals across the design, retail, interiors, marketing, point of purchase and point of sale sectors.
Job Role
Your role will encompass a variety of administrative and marketing tasks with the role being key to the success of the business. You will work closely with all members of the recruitment team to understand day to day business activities and needs.
This will include:
- Carrying out tasks for consultants, i.e. the updating of candidate records, and the uploading of files
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with advertising vacancies, creating and scheduling compelling content (utilising images, photography and video) for the social media platforms and sending mailshots
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good time management and a flexible approach to work
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive and proactive approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intensive training on our database will be key so an ability to learn quickly is essential
- A good level of understanding across all Microsoft packages along with a good command of written and spoken English are also essential to this roleOther skills:
