Our client specialises in delivering in-store fixtures and promotional solutions, providing fully integrated design, production and manufacturing services.
Reporting to the Print Services Director, you’ll lead the in-house print production function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Role
Oversee the end-to-end print production process, ensuring quality, accuracy and on-time delivery.
Plan, schedule and coordinate print projects, acting as the key liaison between internal teams, clients and suppliers.
Drive quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives to minimise production issues.
Manage production budgets, cost estimates and expenditure, supporting capital investment proposals where required.
Lead, develop and motivate the print production team, ensuring efficient workflows and effective communication.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating competitive pricing for print services and materials.
Oversee technical print operations, including pre-press, artwork and structural design, ensuring files meet production requirements.
Manage print material and consumable inventory, while overseeing maintenance of production equipment.
Proven experience managing print production within a commercial manufacturing or print environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients and suppliers.
Good knowledge of print production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI tools is advantageous.
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
