As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing signage projects from concept through to completion.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, managing all aspects of the process including costs, scheduling, permits, and onsite requirements.

Job Role

• Managing end-to-end signage projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure projects run efficiently
• Preparing and managing RAMS, access, and permits prior to site work
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Maintaining regular updates across all communication channels
• Attending client meetings and site visits as required
• Working in a hybrid pattern (2–3 days in the office, plus site/client visits)

Skills

• Proven experience managing signage projects from start to finish
• Strong background in the signage industry (or a closely related sector)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams at all levels
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of RAMS, permits, and site access requirements
• A collaborative and positive approach with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Drive to grow with the business and contribute to its long-term vision
