About

Our client is a Creative Communications Agency, with over 20 years’ industry experience. Working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, they specialise in Live & Virtual Events, Campaign & Activation, Strategy & Insight, Design & Creative and Film Production.

They’re currently working with us on several roles, including a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be working across a range of clients, delivering high quality projects. So, strong operational event experience is key!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning agency, with plenty of scope for development and flexible working.

Job Role

  • Take full responsibility for managing the delivery of a portfolio of client projects (including large scale and high budget)
  • Brief internal departments, liaise with suppliers, content development, delegate tasks and ensure all documentation is completed
  • Inspire creativity and emotional engagement in the content development
  • Work closely with the Client Services Director, to understand the client strategy and steer content accordingly
  • Seek new creative ideas for client’s programmes, researching new and innovative solutions
  • Take ownership for the control of all live project budgets and the preparation of quotes
  • Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation, managing payment terms and invoicing as required
  • Deliver and implement ROI framework, producing post event ROI reports
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and manage their expectations
  • Work with the Client Services Director, to create high profile/budget pitches, ensuring they’re on brand and meet client requirements
  • Lead smaller pitch proposals, with full responsibility of creativity and content
  • Attend relevant networking events where appropriate
  • Keep the CRM up to date with client contacts and notes

Skills and Experience

  • Previous event production experience at Senior Account Manager / Account Manager level, ideally in an agency environment
  • Large budget event experience
  • Content development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An experienced networker and relationship builder
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility
  • Leads by example, but able to work well in a team
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Computer literate
  • Experience using ROI methodology would be an advantage
  • Experience of video production and working with internal communications teams would be advantageous, but not essential
